The exercise can be broken down into 3 levels:
Begin on all fours and raise your arms in front of you
Begin on all fours and raise your legs out behind you
Combined the previous levels while maintaining a neutral spine and keeping you hips level
Give it a try! do 3 sets of 10 repetitions daily!
